We enjoyed biking and hitting the hiking trails by La Crosse. After all that activity, the cozy atmosphere and great service were a welcome relief. The location is perfect for adventures, and we couldn't have asked for a better base. Highly recommend this spot!

The cleanliness of my room left much to be desired, with visible debris and signs that the cleaning staff didn't do a thorough job. This issue persisted in both rooms I experienced during my stay, raising concerns about the overall cleaning standards. Additionally, the tub's height made it uncomfortable to step into, and the sound insulation between rooms could be better, as noise easily traveled from the adjacent units.

I enjoyed my stay immensely! The room offered a spacious setup perfect for family time. Waking up to Cinnabon for breakfast was a delightful surprise, adding a sweet touch to our mornings. For future guests, I recommend arriving early to explore local dining options nearby.

I really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. The King Suite I stayed in felt spacious and comfortable. However, I did encounter an issue with the shower not working properly when I first checked in. It took some time for maintenance to arrive and fix it. Additionally, when asking for a late check-out, the response I got was rather abrupt. It would have been nice to have more flexibility, especially after such a special family occasion. Overall, while there were some hiccups, the staff did their best to keep things clean and organized. I would consider staying here again for the cleanliness and good breakfast, but I hope they can improve their customer service approach.
